If you have been potentially exposed to COVID-19 at one of the locations below, on the defined day and time, please monitor for symptoms, and get tested if you begin experiencing any symptoms.  The community exposure site is being announced because the positive case is not able to identify all close contacts from the event, social distancing was not practiced.
