We are looking to fill two positions:

1) Community Health Educator

This position is responsible for working with partners to develop and enhance a coordinated care for addiction through the continuum of assessment, treatment, and long-term recovery and supporting the health promotions team through evidence-based strategies to improve population health outcomes.

2) Preparedness and Community Health Educator

This position is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, evaluating, and reporting for emergency response programs and supporting the health promotions team through evidence-based strategies to improve population health outcomes.

 

Positions will be based in the Hemingford, Bridgeport, or Scottsbluff office. Bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, social work, human services, psychology, behavioral health, criminal justice, nursing, emergency preparedness, planning, or related field.  Excellent wage and benefits.  Send cover letter, resume, and completed application to esorensen@pphd.org.  Closing date September 13, or until filled.
